Went to weigh in and helped for a bit 87 members through and 6 new ones ,she'll have to close the group just too many

Yes it is Addenbrookes ,he certainly has Ataxia ,but the favourite at the moment is M.S.A(multiple system atrophy ) have googled it and he matches a lot but not all .The neuro specialist physio says he bitsa this and bitsa that ! May just be atypical Parkinson's but all agree he shouldn't be this bad this s early
I know 2 lb is good really but we all want more don't we
Beanie I admire you so much ,not sure I'd cope as well as you do xx

Those who've stayed on plan and not lost, try not to to be disheartened. Sometimes weightloss doesn't follow a regular pattern but if you've been good you'll see the results, just not this week.

I've been out for lunch today so over syns. Breakfast was on plan. Lunch had bread (bruschetta) and sauce with the chicken dish but the tiny £4:eek: ice cream I had at the theatre probably did the worst damage.

Back on it tomorrow.

Didn't weigh last week wasn't in mood.

Valentines day I get muddled phone call in work from bro.

Could I get to hospital asap he getting married g/f not got long left (she was diagnosed with C last July)

Me panics and get out off work home taxi sort Poppy dog out . Another taxi hospital .

Bro explains hospital started sorting wedding 10am that morning he rang me 12. Said G/F wanted to get married and she would be going home to in her home as his wife. 4 carers and district nurse would be going in daily.

They got married 4pm and I another taxi home cost a bomb in taxis .

He rang later they got home 7pm and she was in her bed he had took bed downstairs.

Friday 15th I was in no fit state go work and was off week after so stayed home.

1-30ish pm on Friday bro rang his wife had past 1-05pm :A

Her mum was supposed to be helping bro arrange funeral etc.

I ended up going with bro because mum never got in touch :mad:

Funeral was Tuesday gone :A

So I hope that's it with bad luck

Weigh day todsy

Put on 1/2 kg last week (about a pound).
But I did find a fiver whilst tramping the deserted wet streets this morning!
