10.5 for milk and 11.5 for dark. Hope you enjoyed it!:D
Hope you're all staying safe from Storm Freya? It's really horrible here: wet, wild and windy. So I haven't ventured out but did some cooking and prepped our roast for later. I've done a big pot of veggie chilli and portions of swede & carrot mash for the freezer. We will eat some chilli for dinners but mainly it's for me to have something different for JPs other than my favourite cottage cheese.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO chickenless casserole with pickled cabbageHB steaks, mushrooms, onions with SW roast potatoes, carrot & swede mash, cauli, broccoli, cabbage and kale.
Syns: weekend wine:).0 -

Did my weekly shop yesterday. I've concentrated on the basics, meat, veg and fruit as while I've been doing slimming world on and off, I'm sure things have changed and I want to be on plan properly not half arsed.
I've messaged the consultant and she seems welcoming already, so ...this is it
I'll put a meal plan together when I get home from class.0
