Evening all,
Tweets I am so sorry to hear about your SIL passing.:A You and your family have had a tough time of it, but let's all hope that really is it for now, and hoping your hearts can begin to heal somewhat after so much heartache.
Sue, I hope hubby has more good days than not, and here's hoping you get some clarity about his condition too.
The weekend has been a tad off-plan as expected, but it's not every weekend you celebrate a sister's 70th! We had a lovely afternoon tea at a fabulous Jacobean mansion, and the setting is a beautiful as it sounds. I found the sweets a little too sweet, and couldn't eat everything on offer, but did enjoy the savoury dishes. Apart from that I had porridge before I went, and had a small bowl of shredded wheat minis for supper with mango.
Today was better
B - banana
L - porridge (HEB) & milk from HEA, with apple (1.5) & sugar (2)
D - chicken portions with mixed salad and caesar dressing (3)
snack - 0% yogurt with mango and strawberries
Planning on a week very much on plan, and with a limit on daily syns to combat any of the goodies I've had this weekend.
Blowing things to kingdom come outside here in Lincs. and hoping my plants in pots haven't been blwon up the street. Here's wishing for a slimmer week ahead for allOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Oh Tweets, I'm sorry to hear of your bereavement. Tragic!
Howling gales here but the rain has stopped so I'll be off for a dog walk in a bit.
Plan today is:-
Hea milk
Heb cereal bar
B cereal bar and pear
L tuna salad
D mushroom stroganoff, green beans and rice (but just a tiny amount as I'm counting down to Wednesday)
Hubby working away this week so, with just one teen at home, I can pretty much please myself with food. Will miss the company but not the cooking.
Have a good day!0 -
