    Meal plan yesterday was:

    L - Soup
D - HM burgers, SP wedges and salad

    Today's:

B - Fruit and yog (3 syns for the yog)
L - HM quiche with salad
D - Probably pan fried chicken with veg and HM egg fried rice or (looking at sary's post, roast chicken!)

    Have a great Monday.

Hi Kathrynha, nice to see you posting again, although sorry to hear you've not been well. Hope you're feeling better now. Good luck with WI tomorrow.

Been a busy morning so only just got round to getting on line. Today's my last day on plan for a couple of weeks! Just hope I can get away with no more than 3 or 4lb gain as that would take me to top end of target range which I'd be OK with. Just don't want to go outside and have to pay again!

    Today's plan:

    B - baked oats, fruit & quark
L - not sure as don't have much in so either a ham & mustard sandwich or maybe cheese on toast - will be 5 Syns for the bread whichever I decide on
    D - egg, chips, peppers & beans

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - cheese?
    HEB - porridge
Syns - bread 5 + 1 for spread if I have a sandwich but not if I do cheese on toast!

  • All the washing is done. Last two loads drying on the line in this gorgeous weather and I'll iron along to the cricket this afternoon.
    My plan today is:-
    He a milk and Parmesan
    He b wholemeal bread

B banana and total 0% yog with skinny syrup stirred through
    L baked beans on toast
    D butternut and bacon risotto
Snacks/syns pear, blueberries,G&T if I get my ironing done.
Should be a good day SW wise.
Off out with the dogs now for a good yomp up the hills.

    Thanks Chris for the chart.
    You are very efficient.

Struggling to eat at the moment, trying to listen to my body which doesn't want anything at all, this is a new experience for me!

Roasting a chicken tonight so may try some with salad and rice.

Well done to everyone who has lost this week.

Good to see you posting again kathrynha. :)

The laundry mountain is one of the downsides of holidays midge. I've still got heaps of ironing to do.:(

Have a great holiday denise. It'll be the bread and wine that will tempt you;). You could always leave it a few weeks when you get back before going to WI so that you don't have to pay.

That's so true and looking at the totals, we've done ever so well as a group this session. :T

I've not really been feeling like eating either. I've got a rare treat tonight. DH is out and I could indulge myself with egg and chips!:D But would I be better off not eating anything?

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold chicken , beetroot, fried LO veg
    D: egg, chips, mushrooms, tomatoes
    Syns: none planned

Thanks Maman. I won't be going to WI the week I get back as I come home on a Wednesday so will have a full week to get back into target range but if doesn't happen then I'll leave it another week! Definitely don't want to pay.

Added a couple of rashers of bacon which was left in the fridge to dinner tonight so bacon, egg, beans, peppers; rather than just the egg, chips, beans & peppers!

Don't think you should go without eating tonight - your body will think it's gone into starvation mode!

Not sure how often, if at all I'll get online as can only use my laptop on wifi not mobile - for some reason it won't let me log on with mobile on my tablet!
