Glad to hear your DH has listened to your advice tie.;) Hopefully he'll start to pick up and can get some rest at the weekend.

Meal plan sorted and shop done.:)

    EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot and pickled cabbage
D: baked salmon, SW chips, mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes
Syns: syrup 2.5, maybe weekend wine if I can stay awake!:D

I've taken some mince out to defrost, will probably make some Bolognese tomorrow.

Glad your DH finally went to see the Dr. I'm just getting over a chest infection but still coughing a bit but the worse thing is that I've also got an ear infection and that isn't clearing up very well - just hoping it clears when I've had another couple of days on the antibiotics.

Changed my mind about sons and won't be having wine. I'm just not in the mood as been feeling a bit rough today. So only syns have been some spread for my sandwich and some flour for the sauce for fish pie but that's probably a good thing as was definitely over by about 10 yesterday!

    Hi everyone.

Sorry I've been awol this week - busy with DGD and the mother of all migraines (I feel your pain TTD, literally!) which as usual has had me eating carbs ++ - and the medication has an unfortunate side effect :(- so a fully deserved gain of 3/4 lb. I've decided as I'm within target range, I am not going to worry too much. I had hoped to get to the bottom of target but it's not happening at the moment.

Thanks as usual for the chart Chris and a big well done to all the losers. Can't keep up with everyone's holidays on here! My next one is in May, a surprise break for OH's big birthday (he's sitting next to me as I type, totally oblivious!)

    Have a good weekend, all.
  • Morning all

There's nothing quite like a weigh in to get me out of bed! Delighted with another 2lb off taking my total thus far to 12lb in three weeks (6, 4 & 2lb respectively). I'm also in a new stonage. It makes turning down the biscuits at work so worthwhile. I'm very pleased :-) Got a circuit training class this morning.

    Have a great weekend, everyone.

Well done Lioness. Those are great losses.

  • Good morning

Well done to everyone with all the losses still coming in. Wish I could join you but I am an STS again this week...

Have struggled over the last couple of weeks, not been in tip top condition but I am glad to say I am returning to full fitness again. I am not good when it comes to feeling unwell, probably like the rest of the world..:D

I must say that the weather has improved markedly over the last few weeks. Lets hope it continues with no return to cooler conditions.

Right, I must get on with my housework. Been having a bit of a spring clean this morning.

    Happy Days everyone :D

:T and so say all of us!! It's always great to see a new figure on the scales. It gives a new sort of mini target to work towards the next one.:)

As we're at a party tonight I'm not really sure what I'll be eating. Like you, I didn't have weekend wine last night denise. I think the jet lag is making wine o'clock feel like bedtime!:D

So far, I've had scrambled eggs on toast and planning another JP for lunch. Then I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that there'll be some cold meats and salads or similar available later. Will report back. :)

We were supposed to be having jacket potatoes for lunch today but when I checked the freezer there was only one cooked one in there and I didn't have any big potatoes to do fresh ones so I ended up getting something out of the freezer!

    So today's food:

B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans
    L - carrot & lentil soup; 1 slice of bread (0.5 HEB)
D - vegetable curry (from freezer) with jeera rice (just rice with cumin seeds, LOL!)
    Snack - 2 Ryvita with cheese (0.5 HEB/HEA)

HEA1 - milk in teas; HEA2 - cheese triangles (just one for each Ryvita so not full HEA)
    HEB - bread/Ryvita
    Syns - probably a couple of G&Ts;

    Enjoy the weekend everyone.
