Thanks for updating the chart but mine is incorrect - it should say -1/2 last week and -1 this week so overall total of 8lb for the challenge. It's showing on the chart as a gain for this week instead of a loss.
Thanks
OopsThanks for letting me know
I'll correct it now (hopefully
)

Not a good day today for me0

Evening,
Well done TTD - hope hospital went ok today.
Sorry to hear you're not having a good day Sleazy, hope tomorrow proves to be better.
Well done Vixstar on SOTW (with me!) Go us!! :T:rotfl:
Meal plan today:
B - banana & apple
L - porridge HEB, milk from HEA, sugar (2)
snack - mango & 0% yogurt
D - burger with oven fries & mixed salad. (13)
Dinner was a wash-out plan wise. I got home from work, desperate for the loo, only to find I was locked out! I'd left my keys in work, and work was locked up too. Tried messaging OH & son who were both out, and was sat there waiting for over an hour. Arrrgh! This meant I was late getting tea on, and was cold, so it was a quickly thrown together tea from the freezer, and I've guessed at the fries/burger syns. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Quick post small loss of -1lb for me this week, rather surprised as was not particularly well behaved over the weekend, so happy with that.
I'm off with the kids for the rest of the week. Planning to walk over the millennium bridge down to the Tate and along the river down to borough market so nice long walk today will try to find somewhere healthy for lunch. Kids want to go to the pictures on Friday so I shall go prepared with some low fat popcorn and grapes!
