I have suggested an outdoor walker but he is very resistant .
Maybe after the new consultant sees him and decides on final diagnosis .
No appt yet but suppose it can't be classed as urgent ,there is only palliative care if their suspicions are correct ,maybe a walker then .
Tank you for caring x

I skipped last week's weigh day - wish I'd skipped today's as well!0
-
Back from Lanzarote which was lovely, sunny and relaxing. We walked 50 miles in the five days we were there but I still have to report a 3lb gain.
So back to square one, but we had a good time.0 -
AuntyCat - the weight went on quickly it'll come off quickly as long as you stick to plan!
Had a great weekend away and a lovely meal out. Was definitely not on plan at all over the weekend but made some good memories and met up with some friends both evenings we were away. Probably had the whole week's Syns so keeping them very low during the week!
Back on plan from today.
B - Fry up - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms
L - Subway salad with no dressing
D - steak, HM SW chips, onions & corn on the cob
HEA - milk
HEA2 - none
HEB - none planned but have some hifi bars in the cupboard if I fancy something with my cuppa this evening.
Have a good week everyone.

-4lbs this week please0

Did my weekly weigh in today and have lost 4lb :-) I am moving it to Saturday from next week. Menu today:
Brunch - Bacon, tomatoes and pan fried paprika potatoes with leftover frittata (had to use some 'real' oil for the potatoes so calling it 6 syns for the whole meal). Served 2 so 3 Syns
Snack - Homemade coconut and jam tarts:) . I have no idea how many syns!
D - Pork and cider hotpot
I always exceed Syns on weigh in day as I generally have saved some throughout the week so not too fussed. Am also going to have a glass of wine tonight.
Have a great Sunday0 -
Gain for me this week +1 lb
Should have been a lot more for all the junk I've eaten. Also not really enjoyed my bad choices and don't feel very well for it. Back on track next week and hope to plan more.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Wow great losses Tweets & Lioness! I've never lost that amount in a week, sometimes not even in a month, lol!
