Just been to book our winter holiday - 2 weeks in Tunisia beginning of December. Have got a really good deal for an all inclusive resort. Feeling happy!
We'll still have lots of short breaks over the next few months and a longer break in the summer, all in the caravan in the UK. We'll also have our usual month in France in September - assuming B***it doesn't put paid to that!
Back to SW matters! Today's plan:
B - toasted bacon sandwich - had run out of mushrooms which I'd have usually put in it
L - jacket potato with cottage cheese - again no Speed
D - vegetable biryani - will use some mixed frozen veg plus some cauliflower (keeping the rest for a cauliflower cheese probably!)
HEA - milk in drinks; no 2nd HEA
HEB - bread
Syns - spread 1

Quickly dropping by to report -0.5lb loss this week. Very satisfied with that given the 3 off-plan meals in the week with untold syns.
Will catch up and post more later. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Well done Sary. If I can get STS then I will be very happy after my very off plan weekend! A loss would be a bonus!

I’m stunned I got away with it this week, but I guess proves if you really pull things back quickly enough and stay on plan the rest of the time it needn’t be a total disaster.
Today I’ve been on plan!:
B - banana
L - porridge HEB, with water & milk from HEA, sugar (2)
D - spag Bol SW style (chopped toms, celery, mushrooms, carrots, onions, lean mince & quorn mince) sauce thickener/seasoning (2) & Parmesan HEA2
Used the time I had before work putting dinner in the slow cooker first thing and it makes life so much easier after a hectic busy day at work. T’was yummy too!One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Totally agree about sticking to plan quickly after an off plan weekend! Hope it works for me too.
I don't know what sauce thickener you use but I use Xanthum Gum (it's a gluten free thickener) which is Free so helps save a few Syns - and every little helps when you're trying to save syns, LOL!
It's WI for me this morning so hoping my luck holds too! Back later with how it goes and also with my menu plan for the day.
