    Evening,

Some fab losses being made, well done! Think I will be satisfied with a STS this week, having felt like I had 2 days off plan more than on.

Anyway, today was an on plan day, and the rest of this week will be too. Also intending to up the speed for my meals this week wherever I can, see if that doesn't help too.

    Today's meal plan:
B - porridge HEB & milk from HEA, sugar (1.5)
    snack - banana
    L - ham & mixed salad with dressing (1)
D - steak, SW chips with mixed salad, dressing & ketchup (2)
    snack - nectarine
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Good morning everyone. Had a sneaky weigh this morning and it looks as though I've managed to put on about 2lb since WI on Thursday! Definitely need to stick to plan with virtually no syns from now until Wednesday! Damage limitation from today!

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats, quark, grapes
    L - bacon & vegetable omelette
D - lamb chop, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, onions & peppers, mashed celeriac, Syn Free gravy

    HEA - milk
    HEA2 - nothing planned
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - none planned

  • Hi Everyone, hope you're all well.

Not been on here for ages - rejoined SW just after Christmas, didn't keep my history but started afresh.

So far I've lost 6.5lb. Hoping to get back down to my target weight of 10st.

It's half term and we are both off work - went shopping this morning and spent a total of about £150 in Asda and Iceland (Food Warehouse) combined.

Had a bolognese for tea which was lovely, have some left over as hubby didn't want to eat much due to having a tooth out this morning. So we will share that for lunch tomorrow.

Going to Telford shopping centre on Wednesday for a change of scenery.

Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone. x
