    Morning all.

Tete so sorry to hear about your accident. I'm with you on hating car shopping - I'm normally quite assertive but buying cars just sees me agreeing to anything to get out of there!

STS for me this week - no surprise really. I remember being at this weight when I was losing and I think it took me three months to lose the last few pounds! It'll take a miracle to achieve my target for the challenge but I'd like to be a bit nearer. Managed a speed day yesterday and stuck to 10 syns so very pleased with myself - I do struggle without carbs.

    Todays plan
    B 1/2 grapefruit. 1/2 tsp sugar, weetabix
    L Ham salad
D Not sure yet - family wanting a takeaway so I'll have a think....

    All the best everyone.
  • Good morning! I posted last night, no idea where it has gone :(

Anyway, having been in recovery mode following my holiday, I am pleased to announce STS Chuffed to bits as I had misbehaved before I went while trying to empty freezer and refusing to buy fresh food.

Will catch up properly later :)
A smile costs little but creates much :)

  • 2.5 lb gain for me this morning please Chris - as expected and actually a bit less than expected. Hoping to lose that plus a bit this week. Starting with cinnamon porridge and parkrun!
