    Evening everyone.

Thanks, Chris, for the chart and well done TheTalkingDead on SOTW. Some good losses again for others, too.

Well after making promises to do better yesterday, I had forgotten that I was out for dinner last night....I made (reasonably) sensible choices for starter and main, and planned to leave it there till I saw the deserts - utterly fabulous and I enjoyed every bite!

    Back on the wagon today:
B Bran flakes, berries, yoghurt and honey
L JP with tuna mayo and salad ( was in a cafe so full fat mayo, but a very small serving)
D Speedy veggie chilli and rice, orange

Going to try a SP day tomorrow - could anyone help, is it one HEB on the new plan??

    Have a good evening everyone.

esmy - it is 1 HEB and 2 HEA the same as EE but you're only allowed up to 10 syns. You must make sure you have only S and P foods and should be at least 50% Speed.

I always feel hungry if I do SP days so don't bother any more!

Heard about this thread so thought I'd take a look - No guesses why ... 30kg +.

Was up early and been for walk - 4700 steps so far today. Will read through later, maybe not all as there's over 60 pages, but first few posts seem to contain a lot of information.

Flat Eric welcome back to the thread.

Not a good idea to skip your HEB in lieu of the hot cross bun, although not necessary to have one every day so if you don't need anything then OK to skip it.

Unless you have a lot of weight to lose then your Syns should be between 5 and 15 a day and with the planned syns you are already over that! You can lose one Syn from the hot cross bun as a standard one is 9.5 not 10.5 syns!

    Denise

Hello - I was disorganised yesterday hence over my syns (and no HEB) but I was mindful that if I planned better for the rest of the week then it work out ok syn wise in the end. At class previously, it was given to us as an option that we could go over our syns one day but have none or only a few the next day to balance it out.

Today is looking a bit better....

Breakfast is a muller plain corner raspberry & pomegranate yogurt - 3.5 syns and melon

    snack - plums
Lunch is either mushroom omelette/steak&salad/goats cheese (HEA)
    and tea is stir fry
syns also in stir fry sauce.

I hope everyone has a good dayx

    Thanks for the chart Chris

Weighing in a day earlier than normal, will likely become my actual weigh in day as I'm working away from home during the week for the foreseeable, anyway the point is 2lb loss for me this week which means finally breaking the 3 stone barrier and there's 20% less of me than there was in the summer

    Well done.
    3 stone is brilliant.

Welcome Sleazy to the thread. You're right that there is a lot of information in the first few posts. Do you go to group or are you going it alone?

Flat Eric today's plan definitely looks better! I always think planning is key to sticking to SW. I like to plan all my meals for the whole month and then rejig it if I get YS bargains or something I thought was in the freezer isn't! It seems to work for me but I know a lot of people only plan a few days at a time or just a week at a time. You just need to find your own way.

Had another small loss of 0.5lb today.

    Today's plan:

    B - weetabix & milk; banana
L - jacket potato, beans, cheese
D - Beef & butternut squash lasagne (from freezer) 2 Syns

    HEA1 - milk in teas
    HEA2 - milk on cereal/cheese
Syns - lasagne 2 (had marked it before freezing so probably for cheese sauce!); not sure what else

Meal plan has gone right out the window for today.... I've just been to M&S and bought their Valentine's meal deal.

    So, the plan today is:
    B - banana, apple & satsuma
    L - porridge (HEB), sugar (1.5) apple (1) & milk from HEA
D - leek & cheese souffl! tarts, then.... slow roast pork (but I won't have the fat or sauce), greens, broccoli, peas & SW roasties gravy, then..... chocolate mousse hearts, with orange/mango fizz

After that, I work it out at 1,000,000 syns :D but I am going to enjoy it! Candlelit dinner for three, as DS4 is still at home, so he's joining in too no doubt. Not quite the romantic meal for OH and myself, but at least I try!!

Oooh, and slightly scandalous event today is that a complete stranger gave me a rose at the office! I helped a chap who was lost find a shop in town, and he came back with that. That'll keep OH on his toes :rotfl:
