3 lb loss this week so total now 13.5 lbs. I am so pleased. I have signed up for a countdown offer and got my free recipe book today. I wonder if I can lose another stone before my holiday in June?

Well done Pennylane and Suffolksue. 3lb is a great loss. You'll have the rest of your holiday gain off next week if you stick to plan.

Pennylane you should be able to lose another stone by June particularly if you usually have reasonable losses. 2lb a week would do it easily I would think, or even less a week if you're not going until the end of the month.

Good loss & that seems very doable.

More great losses! Well done Suffolk sue and pennylane. :T:T

That stone is very doable. I averaged 1.5lbs a week even with taking the scenic route. Next week you'll get your shiny and then race on to the next one! :D

Sorry it's been a tough week sue . Hopefully your loss will cheer you up a bit. That's in your control and you're doing brilliantly. :A

Well done Sleazy. 2lb is a really good loss.

Going to have a fairly lazy day today. Just doing a bit of last minute washing before our holiday but won't be able to get it out on the line until later as it is still very misty but once it clears it's going to be another lovely bright, sunny day!

    Today's plan:

B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans, peppers
L - Toasted cheese & onion sandwich probably but may add a slice of ham too
D - chicken traybake - chicken, onions, carrots, courgette, aubergine, peppers. Will make some syn free chicken gravy to go with it but I only ever has a splash but DH drowns everything!

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread

Syns - may have a couple of G&Ts as didn't have any last night as we went to see some friends for the evening.

    Have a good day everyone.

Same here. DD1 was going to drive but she's got a dreadful cold so had to cry off. I nobly volunteered so had an unexpected alcohol free night. The buffet was very beige and boring: pizza, chips, bread sticks:(. I had 3 small (brown) sandwiches, a few chips and some cucumber and celery sticks which were the only healthy things available. I drank some tonic (sadly Fever Tree which has syns:() and then switched to water. Fortunately the company was excellent.:D

Today I'm doing a roast and looking forward to it as I've missed it while we've been away. Not finally decided on my lunch yet but probably a stir fry.

    Today's EE Plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie stir fry with noodles
D: roast chicken with SW roast potatoes and heaps of Speed veg:D
Syns: HP sauce 1, HM gravy 4?, weekend wine!!!! (3rd attempt;)).
