I've lost 2 kg in 3 weeks. No alcohol, salads, soups, cut down on carbs, banana for breakfast...
Welcome to the thread but are you actually following SW or just dieting? What you're eating doesn't sound sustainable for life.
I eat normal food with just a few adjustments like using Frylight instead of oil, sweetener instead of sugar.
There is no need to cut down on carbs just don't smother them in oil, butter etc unless you syn it.
You can also have alcohol in moderation as well as chocolate within your syn allowance:D, certainly no need to cut these things out.

I've been MIA action. Life getting on top of me a bit. Been comfort eating and not on plan but lost 1.5lb last night. It must be stress that has caused the loss.
Struggling to get on here much, but I am still around and not giving up on SW or the challenge. I will be around and post when I can.Zebras rock0 -
Can I have your thoughts on bread, and how it affects weightloss for you on the plan?
The reason I ask is that for some reason I seem to find that if I include bread, as a HEB or even synned, I don't tend to lose, or find my loss slows down. It also seems to act a trigger food for me, so if I eat it in a meal, I then crave more carb heavy foods. I know this could just be me, and how I am wired, but wondered if anyone else has had similar experience? One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Sary I so love bread but it always bloats me up....Might be something to do with the wheat, maybe not. I just cut it out altogether otherwise, I will just eat a whole loaf.:o[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]

sary I don't have a problem with having bread but if it's a trigger food for you it's probably better if you have something different as your HEB. The only time I've synned bread is when I want to use some as breadcrumbs, otherwise I just have it as a sandwich or as toast.
Well done sary on being this week's SOTW - that's a good loss over the last 2 weeks.
