That hospital makes sense, Denise. We don’t really get the option to choose a particular hospital.

    Hi, Sicard and elsiepac.

Sending hugs to Stoke and Kathryn; I hope life, in all its aspects, improves soon.

Congrats, Sary SOTW. Thanks for the chart, Chris.

Every loss counts, Sarah, so well done. Good for you, marmite.

Plantar fasciitis is horrible. End of.

    Evening all,

Welcome Elsiepac to our lovely thread.

I had never heard of plantar fasciitis before I got it, but so many people suffer I have discovered subsequently. I swear by a pair of moulded micro density foam toe post sandals
Around the house (they were recommended online for PF and only about £12 from amazon), and wear Skechers office shoes and trainers casually. I’ve not tried the splints yet, but sleep With a soft pillow under my heels. Driving can also aggravate the base of the heel. My work Colleague I sit opposite asked about it today, and described painnin her right heel And foot. She thought because she always wears heels she’s be immune.

    Right food plan today:
    B - banana, nectarine
L - porridge HEB, sugar (1) milk from HEA, 0% Greek yog & apples (2)
S - bakes spud, lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, beans, butter (2), sprinkle of cheese (2) dressing (2)
    HEA - milk

At least it’s friday tomorrow. Might be out on the road one day this weekend with OH, going up to Salford to fetch one of his eBay finds (translates as more motorbike junk For the garage projects). Will attempt To Take a Packed lunch rather than just wing it, so going to plan that.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

1/2lb loss for me this week.
17lb to go to target and I can now fit into all the clothes in my wardrobe, I can even get into the dress I bought years ago to slim into (though it's a little snug)
