A very early good morning to all (wind, rain, and cats keeping me awake so decided to just get up!) Well done to all the losers, even half a pound is better off than on!
Reporting a 1lb loss myself please Chris, trying not to be disappointedIt's my sixth week in a row of STS/loss which is a huge achievement for me in recent years.
I'm away now til Wednesday for my birthday and while I don't intend to go too mad, I won't be counting syns either. Have a great weekend everyone, stay warm and dry!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
STS for me.
Ah well, I'll have to redouble my efforts after my hols.
It will be March before I weigh in again (just so Chris the chart keeper knows)
All gone a bit pear shaped here as I'm trying to use things up before we go and so speed is in short supply.
I'll catch up when I can0 -
A lovely bright day today but still very windy. Wish I'd left my washing until today but did it yesterday and then tumbled dried it. Haven't got enough for another load so expect it'll have to be tumble dried when I have got enough!
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, peppers, onions, beans
L - HM hummus (1.5 syn per portion); 3 Ryvita (HEB); carrot sticks, baby corn
D - HM chicken dhansak; rice. May make some onion Bhajis if I can be bothered!
HEA - milk in drinks; probably won't have 2nd HEA
HEB - 3 Ryvita
Syns - tahini 1.5; not sure what else as seem to have gone off red wine! no idea why!

Hello everyone
Sorry I haven't been online much ....definitely having a case of winter blues & am totally lethargic roll on spring I say.
Well despite picking at stuff that I know I should really limit, wi today saw -1lb which just means I've got 5.5lbs to go to target...pity I'm off for the next fortnight (ChrisV could I book a holiday for next week please?) but I've decided that the running kit is coming with me ...and I really will have no excuses for not going ...and I'm not going to drink like I usually do (I quite enjoyed actually not drinking with the evening meal).
Take care everyone - will probably lurk when internet signal allows x0 -

Hi all, we'll done on all the losses and sts's
Sorry I don't get on often to post but things are always hectic. OH broke his upper arm in a work accident before Christmas, it was quite frightening at the time, he had to have it plated and screwed so has been out of action for a while. He's ok now but I am still having to do most of the household jobs, so I seem to be busy all the time. Moan over.
I didn't weigh in last week and have had a few non SW days and no running because of the weather (treadmill is in the garage and doesn't like the cold,, will probably have to get rid of it as it's no good for it in there and I don't have space in the house) so am very pleased with a STSthis week.
On the plus side we have booked a holiday to make the most if OH not being at work, so am off to Lanzarote in the morning. Won't help the weight I'm sure, but will do lots of walking.
Have a great rest of the weekend.0 -

The chicken dhansak was really good - will probably add a little more chilli powder when I make it again as it was a bit milder than I like. I used the BBC Good Food recipe.
Couldn't be bothered to make the onion Bhajis but don't think I would have been able to eat them if I had!
Decided on some white wine to use the rest of my Syns this evening.
