TheTalkingDead - sorry to hear you've been unwell for a few days. I had a tummy bug a couple of weeks ago and it really knocks you for six doesn't it?
I'm sure now you're feeling a bit better you'll start to find food exciting again. Hope you get some inspiration from your group today. It's also a good idea to have a look at the website - there's loads of ideas on there, plus of course the Useful Features section.

Morning all, lovely and sunny here and the ice is slowly melting. Had to take my car to the garage this morning so did my C25K session home. Broken coil spring going to cost £140  I wish lbs were as easy to shed as £££s.
TTD breaking habits can be hard and I bet you felt at a bit of a loss during the game. Don't forget things like carrot sticks to munch on if your hands feel restless. Hope you're feeling much better now!
Well done on the loss Vix and good luck this week - what a good incentive!
Plan for today:
B - None
D - Quorn bacon, mushroom and onion omelette with 20g low fat cheese, toast
T - Christmas dinner curry (contains lots of veg as well as the turkey!), green beans and quinoa
HEA - Milk and cheese
HEB - 2x wm crustless
Syns - Sugar in coffee (5), butter on toast (3), hot chocolate (2) = 10
Here's to a great week!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
I'm sure you must have one of your own ready meals in the freezer. Maman I think I'd be checking the freezer before buying something else. Or perhaps you could swap tomorrow's meal with todays and have the casserole tomorrow.
Denise
You're right Denise . It was more veg I was thinking of buying. I'll have to think but it could be Bolognese.... again!
ETA: Dug out some HM burgers and scratched around for some Speed to go with them. We'll have a pile of fried onions and a mini stir fry (1 spring onion, 1 baby sweetcorn, 3 mushrooms, half a courgette and some frozen peppers) and I've added some carrot 'chips' to the normal ones. Bolognese tomorrow.;)0 -
Evening all

Popping on quickly with a sts this week, not been on plan for the last few days but hoping to have more success this week.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Every cloud has a silver lining, maman. BTW, last night we decided to book a weekend at Dingwall (usually we just go up and back on match day) to coincide with the match up there on 16th, since it was close to Valentine’s Day. Just about 7.30 tonight, we heard the match has been postponed to allow Ross County to play a challenge cup tie on the 15th, so we’ve cancelled our weekend too.
BGTY quarter pounders at 1 syn.
Are these fresh or frozen, maman?
Well done, Vixstar and Penny.
TTD, I hope you feel better soon – and congrats on the fab losses.
If you don’t have time to chat with us before you go, maman, have a great trip; you’ll love it, although be prepared to have your eyes opened. It certainly made me appreciate what we have much more.
Ah well, as expected I had a wee gain today; just 0.4lbs, so not as bad as it might have been.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
