Well done greentiger . I knew you'd be pleased when I heard your score.
Hope you're not eating to celebrate!
We'd have settled for a point before the game but felt robbed at the last minute. At least it was away so no Crunchie needed.

Evening all.
Some great losses. Get well soon TIE
Not sure if it's the weather, or just the fact that you finally stop working at the weekend, but have felt tired and hungry today.
B - porridge - it wasn't a sachet one, so think my portion was generous, so going to say (4) with sugar
L - 2 egg omelette with mushrooms, onion, mixed salad, ham and some cheese HEBA1, dressing (1)
D - burger (6), SW chips with mixed salad, onions, mushrooms dressing (1) small amount of cheese (2)
I'm only just under the syn allowance, but I don't lose if I use all 15, so will limit them over the next few days and ensure my speed is upped too. I did resist a freshly baked baguette that I'd prepared for my son though.... goddam it smelled goooood! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Which burgers are 6 syns sary? It seems a lot.0

STS which I'm ok with.
Sorry for the post & run ....will post more I promise0 -
As the kitchen refit is nearly finished I'm going out today to have a look for some new accessories for it (need a new kittle once the builder's gone as it's got bits of paint & plaster on the outside! Have to clean it every day as it's getting really dusty!
I'm trying to stick to plan completely this week including not using a syn bank so no extra wine Syns at the weekend! Just had a couple of large G&Ts yesterday and no wine!
Today's plan:
B - Fry up - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes. 1 slice of bread & scrape of spread - 0.5 HEB + 1
L - 2 pea soup. 1 slice of bread - 0.5 HEB
D - Gammon, potatoes, onions, carrots with cabbage. Will use some of the cooking stock to make some gravy using Xanthum gum
HEA - Milk in drinks
HEA2 - Extra Light Laughing Cow triangles
HEB - 2 slices of WM bread
Syns - spread 1; 2 Ryvita 3; spread 2;
Have got some fruit to snack on. May have some dark chocolate for some extra syns (but need to go and buy some!)
Have a good day everyone.

Well done on your loss MM!Tete You are allowed 3 slices of crustless for your HEB...
Thanks, I know, I just use two but know I can have an extra if I wantI add courgettes, celery and peppers to my Bolognese tete as well as the Speed you've listed. It all helps.:)
It's a really good idea to take measurements/photos as well as relying on scales. I tend to go on how certain clothes fit too. They're all good indicators.
Yes I usually add courgette if I have any in but I hate celery and don't like peppers enough to add them either!
You've reminded me of a small NSV talking about clothes - I have my bellybutton pierced and it's been irritating me like mad recently, especially if I'd been sat down for a while in jeans. But it hasn't bothered me at all in the last couple of weeks! Still not exactly going to start wearing crop tops to show it off (at my age!!), but still.
No more snow here but what we have has turned to thick ice. I'm going to tackle the spare room this afternoon whilst listening to my audiobook. It all counts as exercise, yes?
Today:
B - None
D - Bacon and mushroom sandwich
T - Sausages and mash, peas, gravy
HEA - Milk
HEB - 2x wm crustless
Syns - Sugar in coffee (5), sausages (3), gravy (?), butter on toast and in mash (6), biscuits....
I'm a bit more relaxed on a weekend as you can seeAim for the week ahead though is speed, speed, speed! Happy Sunday everyone!
