Hi everyone.
Sorry been MIA the last couple of days - busy busy! Well done to all losers.
STS for me this week - no more than I deserve really.
Today's menu is a bit uncertain because I'm not sure who I'm feeding and when - I'm inclined to plan for me and the rest can fend for themselves!
B 1/2 grapefruit, porridge (1 for sugar)
L ??
D ??
I've plenty of food in so no problem sticking to plan.
Have a good weekend.0 -
Hi everyone, well done to all the losers.
I booked holiday for this week, as was away, currently clawing back the damage ahead of weigh in next week. Have a good weekend all, and stay safe and warm x

Tete You are allowed 3 slices of crustless for your HEB; I don't actually find 2 of the crustless filling enough - so always buy the normal WM with crusts. Like you I haven't really had enough Speed this week but have bought loads of fruit & veg this week so no excuses this week!
Get well soon TIE. Bronchitis can be so exhausting. Touch wood I haven't had it for several years now but used to get it quite regularly when I was younger. You managed a good loss this week - wish I could manage those sorts of losses!

Well done tete and tie on your losses.:T
It's beautifully sunny here but really cold so hope everyone's tucked up nice and warm (especially you tie).:)

What plan??:rotfl::rotfl:I thought you were doing one for yourself?:D
I add courgettes, celery and peppers to my Bolognese tete as well as the Speed you've listed. It all helps.:)
It's a really good idea to take measurements/photos as well as relying on scales. I tend to go on how certain clothes fit too. They're all good indicators.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: veggie (courgette, spring onion, mushroom, tomato) omelette with ham and pickleschicken casserole with new potatoes, cabbage and broccoli
Syns: cornflour 1, syrup 2.5, wine;)
I probably should add some extra for the porage as DH lapsed from his measuring this morning. He said it was because it's cold.:(
To be honest, I'm starting to get myself in holiday mode but I'll do my best to stay close to plan until Tuesday then it'll be about sorting myself out when I get back.:)0 -
Maman you could save the Syns for cornflour by using Xanthum Gum - it's a gluten free thickener and you much less of it than cornflour and it's Free - bonus! I use it to thicken oxo gravy and only needs about 1/4-1/2 tsp to make quite a thick gravy. DH loves it (I only ever have a splash as don't like too much on my plate!)
I know what you mean about getting into holiday mode, I was the same before my holiday - it's quite hard to stick to plan. I had almost the full week between WI and leaving (Thursday am WI, flew out Wednesday am)!

Thanks Denise , I'll try that when I get back.
You're right about the holiday mode. I fly out on Wednesday evening and WI would normally be Thursday morning so I should have a normal week.0 -
