Which burgers are 6 syns sary? It seems a lot.
Have had a bit of a dodgy tum today - might be paying the. Price for double salad, mushrooms and onions yesterday
Consequently had no real appetite, and wary of making things worse. Feeling better now, so having dinner and hoping for the best.
B - 0% Greek yogurt & mango
L - felt grotty so just had a coffee from Costa after shopping in Aldi (2) for creamer
D - slow cooked beef, carrots, onions, cabbage, roast potatoes & gravy (2)
HeA milk in tea. Not had a HeB.
Snack - sugar free sweet (0.5); slice of ham
Had a bit of a shock earlier when I discovered there are rats living in/under my greenhouse
Swiftly invested in a couple of Big Cheese traps that are guaranteed to extinguish the critters. Can’t believe they’ve gone in there as the greenhouse has been there 10yrs. Just as well I am intending to upgrade to a new, bigger one, that’ll be on a different site. Proper put the willies up me! Asked OH to come in there with me when I noticed all the displaced earth, and when he asked why I told him it was so I could grab hold of him while screaming if one of the sods appeared :rotfl:One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Ugh Rats! Hope you get it sorted soon sary .
I can see basic beefburgers at 3.5 and with onions at 4.5 in Sainsburys but not sure which ones you had. I'd certainly recommend the BGTY quarter pounders at 1 syn.

L: LO chicken free casserolebeef casserole, SW roast potatoes, swede & carrot mash, red cabbage, green cabbage, broccoli
Syns: cornflour 1, wine:D0 -

Been a tough week, had a tummy bug from Sunday to Wednesday, and have felt off over the weekend.
Six nations rugby started on the weekend also and its the only sport I do follow with a passion, My usual rituals of watching the game on the box is getting in 6 cans of the falling down juice, and loads of snacks, like dorito's, king prawn rings and seafood sauce or cheese and chive dip, spring rolls, and a Chinese or a Pizza after the game, I enjoyed the game even though Wales had a terrible first half, but temptations were resisted and I had nothing of the sort and still on plan.
Wi day today, I'll be glad to just weigh in and STS, and listen to group, I'm not finding food exciting since the bug and I need inspiration.0 -
TheTalkingDead - sorry to hear you've been unwell for a few days. I had a tummy bug a couple of weeks ago and it really knocks you for six doesn't it?
I'm sure now you're feeling a bit better you'll start to find food exciting again. Hope you get some inspiration from your group today. It's also a good idea to have a look at the website - there's loads of ideas on there, plus of course the Useful Features section.

Dull and wet here too Denise
Well done vixstar . Hope you get your shiny next week. :T
You might be lucky and get a loss if you're off your food TTD. You really didn't need to deprive yourself watching the game. Prawns would have been fine perhaps with some light mayo. You probably didn't feel like it though.
I have a plan for today but DH has rather messed it up with his choice of breakfast. I have to go out later so might buy something different.
Today's EE plan :
B:NAS grapefruit, baked beans, bacon, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO beef casserole with vegsausage casserole (beans, bacon etc:mad:) with pasta
Syns : maybe 1 for cornflour0 -
I'm sure you must have one of your own ready meals in the freezer. Maman I think I'd be checking the freezer before buying something else. Or perhaps you could swap tomorrow's meal with todays and have the casserole tomorrow.
