I think the cost of the exemption certificate could be a factor, I'm sure most people would rather pay for the med and get treatment.
Yea it's the sane with B12 levels.Other countries treat for low B12, at a much lower level than the UK.Hence a lot of people, inc myself, end up with permanrnt nerve damage
WEDNESDAY I love the Real Housewives of Orange County n Cheshire, hilarious:rotfl:"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

If anything they are actually a tad loose in the waist, but because of the cut and Style they are fine for now. Mine definitely look nicer with a top tucked in. I have a couple of very nice cream georgette blouses that go well. It's quite a dressy look - perfect for a smart lunch or dinner date.
. Just got to find the guy.
Several of my favourites items are starting to be a bit loose, especially on the shoulders. As I've explained before I do have quite a small frame given my height and my shoulders are especially slender. Ok for now but it depends on how I go. Before I gained weight I often had to adjust the shoulders on dresses. It's usually not too difficult and they do look better when they are tailored to fit rather than gaping. And I hate to see bra straps...:rotfl:
I did an Aldi shop earlier. Called in at my favourite chazzer. Picked up two shocking pink jackets. Couldn't decide which I liked best but as they were only £4 for the two I decided to invest in both. Not quite as extravagant as it sounds because they are different weights, one is wool and one is cotton.
Speaking of finding the guy......I have John 3 showing some interest. :rotfl: Third time lucky maybe???
Oooh pink, to make the Johns wink eh;):rotfl:"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Good morning lovely ladies
Finally.....a bit of sunshine. Makes me feel so much perkier. Just washing a load of summer clothes.....ever hopeful.
A nice gentle weekend is planned. TLC for both me and the garden. Have been rather tired this week.....10 month old babies are fun but exhausting.lol.
I have got another full on granny duty week next week so this weekend it's all about me. Some R&R and me time.0 -

It's exciting when things arrive through the post, like getting presents to yourself!:D
It's good to read about what we call NSVs at Slimming World. These are Non Scale Victories. So not necessarily losing pounds but getting into an old favourite that didn't fit or discarding something baggy or an unexpected compliment or feeling lighter on your feet. They all make us feel good about ourselves.
Like you, I'm having a quiet day LL. I don't see the point in joining the crowds at the weekend when I can go places mid week. I've had a pampering session and later I'll enjoy listening to the radio while I potter about doing some batch cooking for the freezer. I have a small errand to run but I could sort that in the local shop if needed.
Football tomorrow (last day of Premiership season) and then weekends will be different for a few months.
I had a podiatrist appointment booked for Monday but I'm going to cancel as my feet are looking really good at the moment. I've been really conscientious at creaming them and it does pay off. Great as we're going into the sandal season. I'll probably have a pedicure and manicure instead in a couple of weeks time.0 -
Well so much for gardening and drying washing outside......it's chucking down. :rotfl: Cue a nice film in a bit instead.
Good luck with your team. It's a big match for DS1 again today. As you say last game of the season.0 -
It's sunny here for the moment. Bonnie is patrolling the garden, looking for squirrels, n i'm surrounded by about 20 zillion bin bags full of cr*p:o I'm useless at decluttering, but have 5.5 months left to do it in.A lot of the stuff in my spare room , is the exes
Have made some lovely friends on a Goa forum , one of them is an Indian guy who is going to meet 4 of us for a get together. No idea what he will make of 4, feisty, middle aged , English birds  It might be a slight culture shock, but his English is better than ours!!:rotfl:
Have been recommended a beauty salon over there, for a deep tissue massage. The place looks so plush n luxurious, I might never come home :rotfl:"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Hi all - been really busy since Saturday so not posting. We've had visitors who've gone this afternoo. I haven't been able to do any fabbing as such but I have continued to use my serum under my moisturiser every day. My visitor wanted to get a lightweight jacket so we nipped in to a TKM . Found her a nice one that she's really happy with. On our way out I spotted some nice shorts that looked like lemon and white seersucker. I bought them and tried them on at home. Pleased to report a perfect fit! They are Italian with lots of stretch, very nicely made and the swing ticket said City Fit - slimmer in the hips and legs. Perfect for me as I've no bum to speak ofSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

I tried the REN moisturiser today and wasn't particularly impressed. Hmm.
I did use the skin peel pad again and notice that it does work well. I'm only using them once or twice a week, though. It's exciting when things arrive through the post, like getting presents to yourself!:D

Yes, I know what you mean.
NSVs, I will have to remember that.
These new PJ bottoms feel very snug in comparison as they were almost falling down before.:pIt's sunny here for the moment. Bonnie is patrolling the garden, looking for squirrels
