    :confused: I'm still not having any luck with my freeview box. Been on the phone to the on monday, wednesday, they still have not updated the box. Just emailed them now..

    Hopefully will get it sorted soon.

    I sent the text on Monday, but i just checked my t-mobile contract bill, and i have been charged 17p (ex vat). I rung t-mobile up and they said it was an international number that i was texting. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Did you leave it on CHANNEL FIVE overnight ?
    Have you tried to do it "manually" ?

    On CH5 (wait a few minutes) >> MENU >> select Configuration >> select Receiver Upgrade (Mine is 3.1.1)

    Selecting the "Upgrade" shows "Automatic Download as ENABLED" or you can "Search For New Version"

    Will leave on standby and on Channel five, tonight..
