Think they maybe having some problems themselves.

Just had a call from them asking was I experiencing any problems with sending the texts etc. Also was I able to access the 14 day guide OK or did a 7 day guide appear?

dont know if this the the right place to put this but if you receive or if you know anybody who receives disability living allowance once you have the switch over to digital you can claim a free digi box...i only know this as i have a son with disabilities and i received a letter telling me that i can apply for one and they even come and fit (think this is more for the older generation as it is quite simple to use!)......sorry if its not the right place to put it.
