freeview box and £50 marks and sparks vouchers (merged)

Mine seems to freeze most weeks and it won't do anything at all and I have to reboot before sending in my info - which seems to defeat the object as any information is lost when I reboot. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me? I leave it plugged in and on standby all the time and it is so annoying having to wait 10-15 mins for it to reboot.

But if you unplug your box and loose information does that affect your continuity in sending data for the 50 weeks to claim your M & S vouchers?

Teletext extra rang me yesterday to say they are updating their software, & would I like a new box. Well chuffed, had to say yes, who wouldn't, now I can't wait for it to come!

Not sure the way they do this is that good, maybe they should pay you for the weeks you do as I missed a few due to getting married ( I forgot all about it due to being busy and then going on honeymoon) so now there's no point me doing it anymore.

My new freeview box came today, it's a shame they want the old one back! A jiffy bag enclosed with £3.10 worth of stamps on asking for the old one to be returned.

you can either phone or email them there is 1000 freeview boxes same deal as last time just have to text once a week,all the detail are on itv teletext page 107..easier to check it out yourself....
