ive had my second years £50 of m and s vouchers i have been doing this 2 years in october just gone it doesnt require much effort just the cost of 52 texts

Well I'm glad everyone else seems to get their vouchers easily eonugh - I've had an absolute nightmare with this.
In October I realised my year must be up so emailed to ask about vouchers.Reply stated they had been posted recorded delivery in September but not showing as signed for on Royal Mail systed.
Have now had several emails initially saying to wait 2 months for possible returns from post office and now claiming it can take up to 4 months, asking me if my friends have the vouchers or if they could have gone missing from a communal area - well not if they are recorded delivery as they have to be signed for or the post-person can't leave them, as far as the Post office staff inform me.
Latest is asking me to complete a form saying I never received the item but no Post office staff seem to be aware of the existence of such a form.
Most annoying thing is that I've continued to send my weekly texts, assuming this would be resolved easily. Now not sure what to do as I'm about half way through another year of texting - don't want to waste the texts but dont want to continue sending them if they won't send me the vouchers for it!

Well after singing inview's praises I too now have incurred a problem.

My year was completed end of February so I e-mailed this week to enquire after my vouchers. The reply I had was that i need to send another 28 texts as my account went into 'query'. I'm confused.

The e-mail went on the say that I need to send a text every week, leave the box in standby bla bla. all of which I do. Not to access TV via other means like satilite or cable which I don't and that they will ask for the box to be returned if I fail to adhere to the terms and conditions.

I'm mad with them as I have sent these texts every week in good faith!!

Im surprised this Cowboy outfit is still going.Given that Teletext is now just about a deadduck,how they are hanging on is a bit of a mystery.I doubt they will send the "heavies" round if you don't comply with their "terms and conditions".if you look around on the net,you will see after "huffing and puffing" abit,regarding returning the box,they will say,oh all right,keep it then.........mind you don't expect a Xmas card off them:rotfl:
