I just received my £50 M&S gift card yesterday after completing the 48 texts at the end of November, I had to make several phone calls before I received it as they said they had run out of the gift cards and we waiting for more to come in.

I'm really peed off with these.
I joined the panel when it first went live (was it Nov 07) and started having problems last May. I emailed them, no reply, rang them, no answer, then emailed again with my phone number asking them to get in touch. Still heard nothing. Eventually I gave up on them.

I've just received an arsey sounding email saying something about in the terms and condiitions they told me I had to send it back if I didn't want to be on their panel, making it sound as if it was my decision to stop sending the texts in :mad:

I don't think I've even got the box anymore because we've all got freeview inbuilt in the TV's now.

Yeah Ive had a similar email recently,also done a years worth and no vouchers I'd be inclined to tell 'em to go and do something anatomically impossible..............:rotfl:

The woman who's emailing me is just so bloody rude. I don't care about giving the crappy thing back anyway, it's faulty, but if she thinks I've got space to hang on to a faulty freeview box for a year on the offchance they might bother to reply to there emails she's got another thing coming!

Well, just guessing but being as its just a puny PR co really, and unlike some of the banks that have been falling like flies recently.If this lot are in dire straites they ain't gonna get bailed out by the Gov,so guess they are trying to recoup every farthing they can ! Just how much are they gonna get back on these fleabitten boxes, couple of quid !!!!!!????

Probably not even that, mines rubbish anyway, hasn't worked from day one. It's just the way this woman was threatening me that's peed me off. I noticed though after saying I'll be taking this further she's nice as pie 'Yes, I totally understand' etc etc :rolleyes:
