It might be only conisidence but I have had 2 tellies to which the freeview box is connected stop working within the last 2 weeks. Admittedly they are old tellies, but I am suspicious :(
  • I have the Astratec Freeview box. A few days ago all the channels went blank so we turned it off to re-boot it. We then did a scan and got all the channels back working properly again. However, we have now lost the 14-day guide and have just the basic 7-day version. We have tried turning it off and on and resetting it to factory settings but nothing will get the EPG back. This means that I cannot access the area where the code is generated

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
    SPC #229= £103.76(2014)
    VSP #11 = £74.11(2014) £85.55 (2015)
    Crazy Clothes Challenge 2014 £33/£100, 2015 £44 / £100
    DFBXmas2015 #10 £3000 / £3,000 (100%) :j
    LBM - December 2013
  • Theres a option something like epg preference you need to change that in settings.

If you turn the box on and off I think you may have to re-scan and install it again or something.

It takes a few weeks to get the vouchers after sending 48 texts but you will get them as that is the information they gave me when I e-mailed them

I called them last week when I believed I was up to 48 texts and after confirming I was correct, just like happened to the previous poster, I was asked if I wanted to continue and do the same and she seemed very happy I was going to. I was told my vouchers should be posted "in the next couple of weeks".
