I have a bag made up for the chazzer and I will drop it off next Monday or Tuesday.
Some sunglasses, a drawer divider, two tops, a coat and a bag so far.
I have bought some new socks so I will go through the sock drawer and see if any have holes. I give old socks to my dog to chew up.:p0 -

Stop showing off cherry fudge.:rotfl:
Just catching up. This week has been a nightmare. I'm spending today catching up with tidying and the washing. Hopefully I will be able to declutter along the way.

Oh dear - I hope things get better from now on. I think if things like laundry are getting to be a problem, then you could add all accomplishments along those lines to the decluttered list xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Friday has been a mainly dry & chilly day - a couple of short gentle showers but not enough to water the gardenDH finished the stand & the corn grinder has been bolted on. A thing of beauty & now has pride of place on the new patio. The new compost bins arrived & have been built by DH. He has started on a new project a small metal flat iron - he is busy getting rid of the rust pits
The garden umbrella has been packed away but nothing else done in the garden today. Hm soup & hm croutons for lunch & I have utilised a coleslaw pot to freeze a portion of soup. All I did today was go shopping & make dinner
Fresh spaghetti with a chicken, bacon & mushroom carbonara sauce. Delicious 🤤 & one portion frozen. DH is out for a couple of hours tomorrow & I might treat myself to a long soak :rotfl:

A bit late but welcome serendipity2706. The first step in dehoarding s recognising you are a hoarder. It took me years to recognise my problem, and why. I am still struggling to NOT take other people's stuff or keep stuff because it may be useful. Books were my worst thing. I had thousands. I have taken virtually all to the CS, work ( a hospital with lots of book shelves) I take a bag to campsites, bnbs, hotels, abroad. Its been quite therapeutic. The current project, the Room of Doom, has taken months to get tot the point where I can see floor and wall and there is still a load of stuff to go. So don't expect big wins, lots of little ones are as good.
Having said that. A big win today :rotfl::T:j:T:j:T So pleased to take a van full of metal to the scrap yard. Only £9.60 but wow what a great feeling to have the pile gone. I am counting it as one large item.
I have two bags ready for the CS tomorrow when I doing sorting stint. Not counting until they are gone as there may be more by tonight.Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor.
