De cluttered a dozen towels to the cat sanctuary charity shop - they wouldn't take a duvet - so we brought it home, also left them a bin bag of clothes and coat hangers.
2 bags of books to the local Hospice - Hospice in the Weald - charity shop. All be brought back was a Harry Potter book - £30 for £5 - for one of the granddaughters who'se Harry Potter mad. O and a skirt suit for me.
I have to watch the DH as he is likely to put things back after I've bagged them. I was thinking that I was sure I'd got rid of something when I saw him sneaking an item back on the shelf.:rotfl:Clutter free wannabee 2021 /52 bags to cs. /2021 'stuff' out of the placeYOU CANNOT BE ALL THE GOOD THAT THE WORLD NEEDS, BUT THE WORLD NEEDS ALL THE GOOD YOU CAN BEtaken from Shelbizleee on YouTube - her copyright0 -

savvy - I was going to suggest that you told your ex his stuff was going on the patio, but then why should you have to look at his mess. My suggestion is that you give him a deadline by when he has to have taken it and after that you will
a. get a skip/house clearance firm and get it all removed
b. get a van and take it round to his and dump it in his garden
a. is less hassle, but b. might be more satisfying. At least get a price for both of them so you can consider them properly.0 -

Hello everyone - I am back! Unfortunately my ip was banned - same ‘technical difficulty’ as at the end of February
I have been too afraid to try to log in - as the 2nd time I was unbanned my log in caused me to be banned again
So my DH has advised me to set some new posting rules for myself!
1. Shorter posts
2. FEWER emojis
3. Clear down my browser history every couple of days
4. Do NOT multiple post
So my cheerleading will be curtailed but will still happen!
I have missed you all & I will be catching up on your posts since 28th March
See you all later

Yeah MrsSD is back :j:j. Thank goodness you are ok and that it was a technical error.
I'm sure everyone doesn't need cheerleading every day, as we can all help and encourage one another.
This morning I have had the DGC here for breakfast and then they were deposited at school. We will be pick them up later and bring them back for tea, so a lot of food will be decluttered today, as I'm sure they both have hollow legs and arms :rotfl:. My Dad, DD and Jasper dog will be coming for tea too. DSiL is staying at home and enjoying the peace and quite while getting his paperwork in order, as his school has an inspection this week.
Sadly the old TV still awaits a tip trip but today I am waiting for a delivery, so hopefully the trip will happen tomorrow or Friday now.
I have decluttered the Mothers day chocolatesand the box has been put in the recycling bag along with the box from the choc gateau that we will have for pudding today
Savvy Boo! hiss! to your ex ! Personally I would give the ex a time limit to collect or make it clear that you will send him the bill for the clearance.
ailz95 you are not alone. My DH would do the same thing if I let him.
Keep up the good work everyone. Have a good decluttering day :j.
nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently0 -
Also wondered about MsSD, you OK? Broken car will be de-cluttered this week by insurance bods so have now got to search for another, in the meantime will have to de-clutter contents of car - I treat it like another house so well cluttered !!! Then will have to decide what of the contents I really need and what should be thrown out - more decisions. Onward and upward.0

Welcome back Mrs SD, I’m pleased you’re ok! A couple of bits disposed of yesterday:
Non stick slatted spoon that falls off the new utensils rack -> CS
Old velcro wrist band for old model fitbit. Tried using it overnight as a change it with my Flex2 but it fell out. Have been keeping that one for Justin for a few years now so pleased to realise he doesn’t need it any more.
Happy decluttering folks!0 -
Mrs Salad Dodger. You cheerlead just by being here. Thank you.
Last night I walked into the kifchen to do something and for no reason started to clear the work surface from hell. It wasn't planned and I finished it this morning. My goodness it looks good and feels good.
This morning I decluttered a load of change I to the machine at the supermarket. £12 PLUS made. Whoop whoop. I also got rid of a bag of old school uniform.
An eye test later then more decluttering.
