Trying to prepare, cook, eat real food and clean up after is taking up so much energy and so much time. Really tired today. :( On the plus side I have yummy salads all ready for tomorrow (peri-peri coleslaw, garlic mushroom, Middle Eastern tomato). :D

Could do with defrosting and moving the freezer and/ or clean the exterior of some of the windows and/ or sort the last of the paperwork and finish loading up my new Bisley multidrawers tomorrow.

Decluttering: One pack fish or seafood from the freezer into my belly. Freezer-burned celery/ organic leeks/ wild mushrooms souped and into my belly. Freezer-burned edamame beans and last jar of curry sauce into my belly. 400g/ 2kg (total) 85% chocolate into my belly. :EasterBun

Two packs (open and stale) toasted coconut chips binned. Two silicone ice cube trays (hard to clean) on the kitchen worktop for months binned. Mesh puff back scrubber (broken handle) binned.

Recluttering: Four more jars of curry sauce now in the way on the kitchen worktop. Three more packs of fish (yellow stickered) into the freezer.

Organic carrots and purple carrots to be grated for the the freezer because I had none for souping.

Found a small casserole pan that I had forgotten buying last year. :o

    A bit more progress today:
A box of paints to DD.
Loads of coins to the supermarket the other day when I did the scavenger hunt for grocery money.
    Two lots of packaging.
    A tin lid.
A tube of makeup that's gone thick.
    6 assorted pieces of paper.
I make that 12 items, but I'm adding one as it was hard work and makes the place look a lot less tatty: I've mown the grass! It won't be such hard work next time (unless it gets left for ages) as this was the tufty winter growth which is now evened out.
463 items decluttered so far this year - great and small. Still over one and a half thousand to go!

Remember to put your clocks forward tonight folks.

    Good Morning,

Marpau, I'm happy to motivate someone. On vinted, you have to list Something every 4/5 days to stay on top of the results.

    so yesterday:

    932-951: 13 tee-shirts, 1 dress, 1 outfit, 1 shirt, 2 shorts, 1 pant, 1 sweat, sold, 128 euros in the travel pot
952-966: 15 craft magazines sold, 37 euros in the travel pot

    listed 10 items
    1st goal: 0/936 euros
    2nd goal: 0/15160 euros

OH took 2 items back to a shop (been hanging around since last August) so £40 refund received. Also took another item and exchanged it for smaller one.

9 old emails deleted - yay made a start!

Still working through the last of friends paperwork but that should be finished by the end of the day so I can get back on track with going through my own.

  • Happy mothers day to all the mummies out there :D
I'm unfortunately working today :( and it's my sons weekend with his dad but he did come and see me before work and then really cried when he had to go :( poor little thing.

marpau - congrats on the win!

So yesterday I de cluttered the grubby car and the shed and took a load of bits to the tip. Also found the worlds largest spider and no idea where it went........
Out went a broken swimming pool (no idea why it was in there)
A beach ball I CBA to store anymore
A massive box and contents of the box put into a bag for life.
    An old dining chair
Old paint that was leaking and looked like white water :rotfl::rotfl:

Also popped into town yesterday and stopped myself from cluttering the house and after going to the dump I didn't take my usual B&M trip. Also didn't go to the local bootsale to buy any carp. So not only did I save myself some clutter I also saved myself some money too! :T:T

Having a rest as it's Mother's Day. Did some something of DD'S room yesterday. As she's home next weekend and we moved the double bed in last week. But apart from that I am being spoiled with a nice long walk (just me and OH) AND then lunch with my boys.

Hope to be up for more fluttering soon but I've hurt my shoulder and it stops you from doing so much Having a procedure tomorrow that I hope will help...

The things you find once going through items, I always have "spare" xmas presents justin :o and put them with the decorations, so going through, unwrapped them and found one of my own presents that the tag was missing. A lovely tweed/checked/tartan handbag :) Still sorting through the decorations, so will list decluttering items once completed.
3 mop heads and 1 beach towel to be reused for dog's bath towel :rotfl: decluttered to DB's house :j

    7 items listed.

  • Was thinking I should change my freezer as I have to de-clutter ice from around door every time I enter it, still everything frozen but …….. so as I was mulling over this, thereby de-cluttering my bank account I went to meet dd and family for a Saturday Mothering Sunday lunch when I accidentally de-cluttered my car. Waiting for insurance bods tomorrow to find out if it is terminal or if local garage can fix it. More bank de-cluttering but at least no-one was hurt. Not really in the mood for de-cluttering anything else at the moment.

Scruffy pyjama top and a pair of leggings with a hole binned.

I'm going through a lot of my toiletries stash at the moment. No point in buying body lotions etc... and not using them up.:D

I have a pair of those slipper things that you put on your feet to take all the dry skin off. I will use them later after my foot spa.
