Hi
Could I join please.
I paid my debt off last month and the emergency fund is the next thing on my list.
Could you please put me down for £10,000. I'll update what I've saved once I've been paid.
Congrats on being DF FrankieM - of course you can join. :j :j :j

An update for number 22 please for pay day today.
We've added £1278.64 to the emergency fund due to being paid a lot more than expected and scrimping across our budget. (it's a bit of guesswork with my maternity pay at the moment as the payroll forcast has been wrong since day 1). We also sold our cheapie runaround car (netting us around £200 after the MOT was paid but getting rid of a car tax bill and insurance bill due on May 1st)
We hope to add more this month as we've put some bicycles and kitesurfing equipment up for sale. However, we have noticed things aren't moving as quickly as they used to so I don't know if people are feeling the pinch more recently and less inclined to spend.:question:0 -
Wow Scrimps - that's brilliant. :j :j

Number 22 checking in again.
DH took £200 out of the matched betting pool to put into our emergency savings today.
We're finding more unused/unwanted things to sell so hopefully back up by the end of next month.0 -
