    They let them go home early because they have completed their hours. It’s unfair if you got to go home without doing your hours.

    Possibly because he does not like you very much due to your attitude.
    Next thing you will be posting that you have been unfairly dismissed!

    As for it 'sickening me to know that you know he is treating you unfairly' as you so eloquently put it, Im not sickened, nor am I surprised.
