shift completed and timesheet sent off so the bank account should rebalance itself on friday to cover the extra that got taken in my gas and electric direct debit.
id have preferred it go to debts or savings as it would have been a nice boost to morale but hey ho.
shift was good to and passed fairly quickly as opposed to other places ive been working at.
had a busy weekend with the littles too so need to sit down and reboot/fix the house and catch up after work today.
suns shining so its all good x

job two wages in the bank some food arriving later and in the nick of time i will break ready for next main job payday. What a tight month.
Im out this weekend- rare but planned. the money was saved by the annual leave i accrue in job 2. it sounds daft but I see this as free money. In a job annual leave is meant as a break for obvious reasons but as job two is agency work and I already have my regular job when I cash in my job 2 leave it feels like it was a freebie. ive got a shift a week at job two for the next 3 weeks and a shift at job 3 lined up next week as well. DH is starting a new job but with a weeks gap so we are going to have a tight month again.... i thought his remaining annual leave would cover it till he told me he signed up to the cycle to work scheme 8 weeks ago so will owe 600 out of his wage when he leaves..........
i wont know how bad it is till his last wage on wed but I will be well peeved if all my extra work this month has to plug the gaps. heres hoping.

in other news the revised dmp payment has been accepted by one of our creditors. not heard from the others yet

well he got paid a full months wage despite leaving a week before month end and owing on the bike to work scheme. i reckon he had a bit of leave owing but has still prob been overpaid by anything between 400 and 800 in his final wage. In the nicest possible way it hasnt disrupted our monthly budget so tough doo dah it will have to be repaid over time when they figure it out. As much as its our debt dh will also have to take the responsibility now as opposed to me having an unplanned massive dent in the household pot.

Spoke to financial ombudsman yesterday. My complaint is ready to be looked at but awaiting allocation. Hardly suprising with all the payday loans and PPI activity at the moment. My 200 pounds is still in limbo though and lost in cyberspace.
I have decided not to rely on this coming back to me and set my next target... i really hope it does get paid back though.

new target is my smallest debt whic is 588 pounds.
im in a dmp so all of the debt is 0%. 2 debts arent included in the dmp -one because dh refused to swap banks and the other because its a new debt after the defaults.
Im still waiting on responses from 2 creditors about our reduced dmp payments but fingers crossed. Childcare goes up again in September when they are all at school so a revised DMP is in place.
Ive not included my extra earnings in it as they are not guaranteed and are the only method we have to save up for anything.
After much hype I have decided to follow the Dave Ramsey method of small to high. Im bypassing the 1000 emergency fund as that would take a year or two which is very demotivating. I have 200 in my mot fund and pay 7 pounds a week via standing order to an e fund. Currently at the grand total of 85 pounds....The idea is I earn my way out if trouble whilst the fund builds up.
So after much waffle 588 is the target to pay off first. Target date 31.12.19... Just because it sounds a nice date to aim for.
