Thankyou. I feel a bit like im gloating but every so often youve got to celebrate the positives eh. Dh has even started to consider saving. Hes been moving 50/100 quid to a savings account when he gets paid. As yet its not stayed there till the next payday as hes had to move it back cos he ran iut but he is finally starting to consider spreading his money across the month.

It's not gloating, it's a brilliant milestone and should be celebrated :T

Agency wage received today. 1075/2019 pounds earning this year. This is net earnings but the tax paid so far is tiny due to my low paid main job being under the threshold. I have to say despite all my ongoing and recent problems with banks hmrc etc etc that as yet. Note i say as yet... the tax office is doing really well. I have 3 jobs my tax code is split between them and then im only paying tax if it looks that that job will exceed its limit.
This is a far cry from years ago when i would be taxed in summer as a student then spend hours of my life the next financial year trying to get a rebate

I got my letter from tax credits and it all appears correct. We earned less than expected last year so the extra payment was okay by the looks of things. Good job as it got swallowed up and spent.
We will continue to get 40 a week based in current circumstances but only 20 a week from april.
Ive got till april to get rid of 20 pw from our budget to prepare. Eeeeek
Need to get back in track with the budgeting too as ive had to take money from savings to finish the month. I know why and its one off expenses but these are the ones that mess up a fairly tight budget.
Debts going down and we are fed and watered though so all is good.

Payday has been. Got my must follow more strictly spreadsheet in place. Got a tiny wage from job number 3 this week. (expected £5 but due to a tax rebate got £20) so have put a tiny bit to smallest debt and a bit in my lisa which has been neglected of late.
My smallest debt is 650 with a minimum repayment of about 15. If I can tilly tally this down my repayment will decrease so will not cost me as much regular payment wise and will long term ease the pressure.
Job 2 wage expected this week and next week but spoken for. Also expecting another tiny wage from job 3 next tuesday of £6. I will use that to pay extra on a card or just a treat. Last of the big spenders eh.
Been slightly caught out by school photos. Why o why i dont have the things i should have planned for sooner pot sorted out yet is beyond me....
Should ossibly use my mini wage next week for it and absorb the rest elsewhere.
