Hope so too. Spoke to all involved again. I have complaints raised with both sides and am beginning to get the same staff answer ive spoken to before... ill keep you posted. 200 quid is not millions but it is about a weeks main job wage so i will not let it go.
Otherwise today has been good. Eldest got pupil of the week so very proud. It will be a big boost for him as well

Help to save money still missing in action. Ill keep on chasing though.
Moneywise i got caught out by bad maths and bank accounts not updating after transactions and so thinking i have more than i do. Oops, must pay better attention. All bils paid and 98 pounds remaining though for 9 days food/petrol so should be okay. Worked last weekend so should get a mini wage this friday. Not going to rely on it arriving in time -its the company i used to work for so i fully expect a mix up. Ideally this will complete the hen party fund. Next target is beds for 2 youngest then its spends for the wedding holiday. I spent the emergency fund swapping the car so im aiming to transfer some money each week to build it back up again. Ive set it to be automatic payment so it should gradually build up again i hope.

Hope the missing money turns up soon.
Your own bank can do a forward trace within 14 days which should show up where it has ended up.

Hoping it turns up to. No sign as yet. Also no bank job wages. I used to work for them for years and unfortunately im not suprised this has happened. I will get them eventually just not on time...the joys eh.

It is a bit. Re wages i am now set up on the system so it will be fine from now on. Will be exciting next week though ill have that wage clear, then on friday my main job wage and my wage from agency work this afternoon. I will feel temporarily rich ha ha. Till i look at my budget spreadsheet.
Low spend weekend planned till then as the coffers are empty.
We have food etc but i will need petrol early next week.

Low spend weekend going well. Used a morrisons voucher i got towards the shopping did pre paid activities yesterday morning, worked in the afternoon then free stuff so far today. Ive got a tenner in my purse to cover fuel and am only 3 pounds short for direct debits due before main payday.i will use my bank job wage for that which will land on monday/tuesday and the rest will hopefully go in savings and a tiny top up for pack lunches bags.

My signature is slightly out of date as ive decided to delete the totals from my budget spreadsheet. No matter which way i look at them it will take a while and its getting the savings back up a bit thats priority now so ive deleted it from my own records. I will break 29500 by end of june though which is another barrier done.

Direct debit disaster averted. 10 for shopping and 42 pounds moved to savings. Next payday friday. Working this week and weekend then having a weekend off to recouperate/cinsider cleaning the house.

Need to vent sorry everyone.

Got my response from hmrc about the missing 200 from my help to save account.
I have replied saying i think they have missed the point and bullet pointed my complaint instead.
Basically my complaint was 200 of my money is lost in cyberspace and i need help to save to instruct there bank to find it.
Response i got was

Your first recourse should therefore be to your bank’s customer complaints department. The Financial Conduct Authority’s rules require the banks to properly investigate all complaints and, through ongoing supervision, it continues to monitor the banks’ complaint handling processes.

Theyve missed the point and fobbed me off. FOS it is. Its going ti be a long drawn out pain in the rear this ***** beep beep beep.
