Let's see if they manage it; Thought the email was very "waffley" -no account number still and no info. on how to set up the online access -suspect it was put out to try to stop the influx of phone calls from unhappy One Select customers who were on very good deals from earlier in 2018:)0 -

I'm in a similar situation. I had built up around £140 credit with OneSelect as I used electricity more heavily in the winter. I left them a couple of weeks before they went into administration as I moved house. Prior to going into administration OneSelect had assured me I'd be refunded within 5-10 days.
I'm now owed £140 by Together Energy. Just spent 20 minutes on hold only to be told OneSelect accounts haven't been loaded onto their systems yet. What a farce.0 -
I received an email from Together overnight stating my account would be fully set up by Tuesday 8th January.Me also and saying that I could switch supplier or take advantage of one of their best competitive rates from this date.
I got the email too. It also stated:-
"You are on a tariff with no exit fees – this rate will not change for six months.
Your tariff is only 3.5% more than the most recent OneSelect tariff."
The Together Energy might be only 3.5% more than the most recent OneSelect tariff but that is not the tariff that I was on. The Together Energy tariff is 20-25% more than what I was paying.
TBH the Together Energy isn't terrible & confirmation that it is fixed for six months means there is no great urgency to switch. That's if TE ever get their act together. I have so far sent them six emails regarding the DD they took out without my permission but haven't had a single reply.0 -

Well...no sign of anything happening here - I was hoping they would achieve their objective:rotfl: -but then I'm still waiting for Octopus to finalise my account ...and I switched away from them on 12th September!!0 -
I'm not impressed with Together Energy. After spending 30 minutes on the phone yesterday to try to get my refund I was told all OneSelect accounts would be loaded today.
I called back today and spent an hour on the phone only to be told they can't find my details. Despite me sending my final bill via email which they confirmed receipt of whilst I was on the phone they are adamant they can't process a refund until my account is set up with them. They have confirmed via email in writing that my account will be created by the end of the week.
I will call again on Monday to see if it appears, but I'm not holding my breath!!
I'm never going to let my electricity accounts get into credit again.0 -
