No. 63 declaring £816.08 for January. I have put it on the update form. Any extra I am able to save this month will go on February's total.
I'm still in shock about the amount I have saved. This will be going towards new front and back doors next month, boring but necessary. A couple of weeks ago the rain and wind was so bad here that water came through the front door and flooded the porch, where my art studio is. I lost quite a bit of paper which impacted on my business
Everyone is doing so well. I took a quick peek at the totals so far £24,000 and rising woo hoo!

Happy Sunday evening, I just wanted to share a mini win. I checked my credit card, the total bill came to £3.90 more than it should be. So I rang and queried this odd amount which was confirmed to be wrong. I'm getting a refund and am now slightly better off! Extra £3.90 in February's saving pot!2025 financial goals & challenges!

I've finally started saving for 2019, £125.00 in the pot, form submitted. Looking like a very tight month for me due to completing on a property. Money literally slipping through my fingers. Going to have tighten my purse strings the rest of the year.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)

I too will be declaring towards the end of the month too. However, I did have a quick check this evening to see what the amount is likely to be and I'm really pleased with the amount. If I could save this amount every month this year I'll smash my target... unfortunately, this is a pretty low spend month, so I know not all months will be like this!
I'm another one trying to keep on top of making and taking in work lunches instead of buying them. It can certainly add up across the months!0 -
I’ll be declaring my total on the 25th but thought I’d post an update to keep me motivated.
Planned too save £1000, but thanks too dry January, a premium bond win of £100, an unexpected £50 interest payout on my htb isa and a shed load of overtime I’m now aiming for over £2000+
Hope I can keep this up for a few months, then I might treat myself too a day off :rotfl:0 -
£250 saved by me this month - On the lower side due to early pay day in December, being on half pay and last payment into regular saver so should be able to cash it in next month to give me some breathing room.
