Negotiations definitely possible, it's been up for sale since November. I did ask for something by the sea, so thank you. This house ticks a scary number of our 'next house boxes' location isn't great, but not impossible, although I'd quite like a better garden. House itself would really work for our quirky requirements.

    Thank you.

Wonder what we'll be buying by December?

Glad to hear we're not miles off what you're looking for! ;) I can't wait to see what it all adds up to by December.

#101 - my regular OP of £650 has now gone into the seemingly bottomless mortgage pit for March.

I'm trying to be a little more balanced with spare cash, putting extra into my SIPP and ISAs rather than literally throwing everything at the mortgage; gotta love a tax-refund from all the SIPP contributions. So it might mean my original £10k OP stretch target is a reach too far but it's still possible... I won't beat myself up if I am a little shy of this.

By the end of this month if I don't make any more overpayments that will leave me on £242,610. Both scary and perfectly manageable at the same time!

#47 with my March OP of £92.94 please. Got told it was an "odd amount" LOL. Must sort out doing this online rather than paying over the phone, would be much quicker.
