Hi all
#44 with an update for October - I have changed last month from interest to repayment and cut the term by 4 years. So this month I am recording my payment as an over-payment to what I would normally pay (interest only). £370.00
Just catching up on the posts I have not been on for a few weeks since I have been unwell with pneumonia still feel pretty weak but on the road to recovery ( I hope). Everyone is doing incredibly well.
Thank you Julicorn.0 -

#164 reporting in with a small overpayment of £50.31 in October.
I hope it to be more nest month as I have no big expected outgoings.
Current total £1643.24/£3200 I don't think I will make the whole amount this year but there is time yet to make a further dent in it.Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor. Also, I've got your total so far ever so slightly higher. When you have a minute, would you be able to have a quick look at my updates for you (just in case I entered any incorrectly)?0 -
Number 37 here. It looks as though our total might be just £81.76 for October - I have reduced our regular overpayment by £400 a month so from now on it will be below £100 with the rest as interest and only the ad hoc payments because as we get closer to clearing it (still over £17,000) I want to avoid the early redemption fees and keep our disposable income a bit higher as DH's pension is only a third of his pay.
I have left the target the same. It makes up for some of the non-reporters, in some small measure!

#106 here with a second update in October of a further £250 paid off the mortgage.
With this payment comes another small milestone as we’re now £100k ahead of where we would be had we not been overpaying and offsetting for the past nearly seven years since this mortgage was first arranged. Still some way to go yet!
Thanks,
October total: £2,000
