Sorry haven't updated recently. My (lovely) MIL was terminally ill and has sadly passed. All the travel has impacted our ability to overpay as there have been lots of flights to Scotland, so I don't think I'm likely to meet my target now.
Anyway, no.86 August overpayment of £1211.23, September overpayment of £1308.42.

I'm so sorry to hear this Nichelette. Some expenses are more important than mortgage OPs. Perhaps you could agree a lower target: you are still headed in the right direction.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Hi all
#44 with an update for October - I have changed last month from interest to repayment and cut the term by 4 years. So this month I am recording my payment as an over-payment to what I would normally pay (interest only). £370.00
Just catching up on the posts I have not been on for a few weeks since I have been unwell with pneumonia still feel pretty weak but on the road to recovery ( I hope). Everyone is doing incredibly well.
Thank you Julicorn.MFWB#2

Hi julicorn
Number 125 here again. My target sort of crept up on me and took me by surprise. A nice surprise too!
Can I please add another £4000 to the target and I'll see if I can stretch the finances to achieve that in the remainder of the year...
Many thanks, ElmoR x0
