  • #129. Apologies for the delay!
    August overpayment £60
    September overpayment scheduled for £100
    Thank you!!
  • Number #28 with August's op of:
    £281.42

I was hoping for over £300 this month, but I can't squeeze it out. I have already got £9 towards next month's op - but, if I do op that, then My mortgage wouldn't be a nice round figure.

September will see me drop into the £24k's.
This should see us mortgage free in just over 4 years rather than the 10 remaining on the term. Woohoooooooo. Can I make it shorter?
    Outstanding mortgage: £23,181 (December 19)

keep forgetting to post on here!

Quietish few months on the overpayment front compared to what had been expected as the money has been plunged into the wedding pot (in the offset but not counted in the overall figures)

    July £1452.61
    August £855.84

I calculate however that we've made non wedding payments into the offset of £16,729.81 since January so the revised target for the year of £15k for the year has been reached. Yay!

Probably not going to have too many payments in now for the rest of the year with the wedding, and were going to try and book a late deal sometime before as we've not had a holiday for a few years, then with Christmas too and OH tax is due in Jan probably lucky if we manage a couple of hundred a month, but we're on target at the moment to pay the mortgage off by Jan
