Another question would have to be.

If Britain were to leave without a deal and trade on WTO terms should there be another referendum to take back control from the WTO.
I never got a chance to vote for Director General of the WTO, nor for the members of the WTO General Council. Democratic deficit anyone?
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

What is the decision in the UK parliament about the divorce fee of EUR39bil ??

Do you mean this agreement to pay the "divorce fee" as per the official House of Commons briefing?

House of Commons Brexit Exit Bill
The UK and EU have reached an agreement on how to settle their financial commitments to each other after Brexit. ... The UK Government estimates that the settlement ...will have a net cost of around £35 billion-£39 billion.
Obviously the full Withdrawal Agreement needs to be approved by Parliament as noted in the briefing but if they don't approve it that does not mean we do not have to honour our remaining existing commitments.

Did the info you provide conclusive EUR39bil?
Try harder look at from the news paper.

LOL! Rather than read the OFFICIAL House of Commons Briefing you now want to take your information from a "newspaper." And you wonder why people consider so many Leavers to be stupid!

The official Briefing clearly states that the exact amount is unknown due to future negotiations and exchange rates but that it is expected to be between 35 and 39 billion. Which bit of that are you finding hard to understand?

Dunno, but I know for sure Many people will consider stupid especially MSE minded will consider extremely stupid to hand over EUR 39bil and get very littley (if any in return).

    Try harder !!!.

Thank you for confirming you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and seem unable to read and comprehend the House of Commons Briefing which in (very simple) English explains exactly what the "divorce bill" "gets us."

Many Leavers here must be cringing at your posts as you are sadly living up to the oft-quoted "All Leavers are Stupid" mantra.

Is there anywhere in text specifically mention that UK is liable to pay the Divorce bill of EUR 39??

I note you have edited your post several times...

Is there anywhere in text specifically mention that UK is (sic) NOT liable to pay the Divorce bill?

UK do not owe EU a penny.
Remember this is a consensus in the parliament

That was what you claimed so please prove you were not just making things up by citing an official reference to this consensus...

    Quotation please ???
Firm Acknowledgement of liability of EUR39 BIL ?????????

I could point out that it has been spelled out in the parliament there is no legal obligation for the UK to pay the divorce bill. In the link you send out there is no text acknowledgement of liability for divorce bill.

As I mention previously it is exactly what I said before, if UK is willing to pay EUR39 it is a gesture of good will in exchange of a good trade deal. The remoaners tied up one hand of the UK negotiators.

But let the remoaners try harders ...

People who are stupid will normally call other people stupid for compensation for their own stupidity.

If a country, which is a net recipient of money from EU, leaves the bloc does it mean that country will continue to get payment from EU going forward?

Yawn. I am now unsure whether you are really stupid or just a troll. As per previous posts, the liability is not necessarily 39 billion as the final amount will be dependant on future negotiations however there is a liability of an amount.

I'll ask again... Please provide evidence.

No, of course not, in the same way that we won't be paying 19 billion every year once we leave (unless we agree to in return for specific benefits of course.)

OK, I understand. So the net recipient country would receive a one off bonus payment from EU in their leaving do?

No idea, it would depend on what commitments both sides had made prior to them leaving.

I would guess not as typically benefits are immediate and stop when you leave whereas liabilities can be years in the future; pensions are an obvious example.
