It is largely the leavers in the Tory party opposing this, its a pretty small number of Tory Remainers expected to vote against. Equally the DUP are opposing

Along with almost the entire Labour Party, LD's and SNP

You are right though, 70% of Parliament are remainers, most of them die hard remainers and they've done and continue to do everything possible to thwart Brexit...

I they would have truly embraced Brexit we'd now be watching a great deal pass through Parliament...

    LOL...

First everything was the EU's fault and now everything is Remainer's fault.

They are the opposition of course they are voting against, the reason for May's catastrophic defeat though is mainly that she couldn't get the leavers in her party and the DUP to vote for her WA.

Of course some on here prefer to blame Remainer sabotage and treachery for everything....

Sorry to disappoint and you can go back to view all my post history, you will find I haven't, called anything in anyway the EU's fault. I have however on numerous occasions pointed out that the remainers in Parliament will frustrate Brexit..

You really do need to read your own signature many times over to better understand its meaning..

The reason for Mays defeat is that she's trying to placate everyone and came up with an awful proposal. I haven't seen anyone on either side attempt to defend it, beyond her cabinet (those that didn't resign over it).

    Finally we agree on something..

Btw, id be more than happy for another referendum, more than happy because I believe leave would win by greater numbers. I would however need to be convinced that the result would actually be implemented and not ignored again...

I don't know how anyone can say the result has been ignore when 28 countries have spent a great deal of time, money and effort trying to negotiate it.

    Not acheived - yes
    ignored - absolutely not
