Hi, just popping to in say that I'm off tomorrow and may not have much, if any, internet connection while I'm away.

    Take care all xx
    Have a great time.

Have to take DS2 to a dreaded assessment tomorrow and could do with some positive vibes for it as a lot is depending on it. Hopefully a weight will be lifted soon. x

Tell him what I tell all my assessees: you will walk out of this room exactly the same person as you walked in. Hopefully you may also have a better understanding of things which may be difficult so people, including yourself, stand a better chance of doing what will help you the most. Good vibes x

    Posivibes for dancemum and DS2.
    Have a great time, froddy!

The talk on forensic science was very interesting.

    Washing folded and put away.
Fabric strewn over spare bed put away in craft cupboard.
Must make up bed before I can fall into it!

Sorry but no flying really happening here, local political situation is making everyday life an interesting challenge. Getting to work is taking anything between 20 minutes and 1 hour and then the student may or may not get there. Long frustrating days that are often not very productive mean that my motivation is lacking.
And Christmas seems to have jumped out at me, how did it sneak up so close without me noticing.
On MSE and Flying front yesterday I did a couple of loads of washing, kitchen is reasonable tidy meals planned and shopped for, and I did a full financial review.
Off to shower and get going this morning, have the morning at home so hopefully will get a few bits done.
    Hugs to all, and SMILE

Morning all. Posivibes for Dancemum, enjoy your break Frodders and I hope your journey today is less stressful madamoiselle and that the political situation in frenchland improves. Wonder if we'll see something similar here soon.

Narco, glad you found your purse. I have nightmares about that.

Paid stuff today so I'll see what flying I can get done.

Have a great day everyone. Hope Vallis day is as good as yesterday.
Spend less now, work less later.

Morning all. Looks like a bright and frosty one. Out with the aged Ps for lunch and to remember Janice. Two years today. Wasnt going to write her name, but it's in my signature. Still missed and loved.

But first I MUST reclaim kitchen. I also need to write a card for mum to take on a visit tomorrow (Christmas).

Ideally I'd like to get more cleaning than that done. We'll see.

    Morning everyone.

Lots of posivibes for you and your DS, dancemum. X

Lots of ((hugs)) to Valli. X

There was no flying beyond the dailies to speak of yesterday. Must do better over the next couple of days. It's a beautiful morning - while I was in the shower I could hear owls calling, which is lovely. I could do without the suicidal pheasants on the roads though.

So far this morning: bins out for collection, 1 load through the wm, dw emptied. I'm now running it on a clean with vinegar. I'm ashamed to say that this is the first time ever, but such is the power of flylady! Whilst stood at the sink, I have cleaned it and put soda down the plugholes.

Later I am out for a quick lunch with friends (quick for them as they are squeezing it out of their lunchbreak, I will do the drive to get to them in return). This is our Lunch Out Instead Of Buying Presents, so I'm looking forward to it. Before then, I need to run the vacuum around the hall, stairs and landing as they are gross, and maybe also the bedroom, go to the PO for stamps and post cards if I get round to finishing the writing thereof, change bedding, and empty the peely waste into the compost. I had better get a move on.

    Catch you later. X

Lunch cancelled due to pressure of work - friends, not me obviously:rotfl:

Still, it has meant that I have made it to the PO, cleaned upstairs, and cleared away lurking bits of gibble. And whoever knew that the dishwasher was so........gross!! Now clean and sparkly and the kitchen smells of vinegar!

I have the Christmas cards on the kitchen table, and a pile of gibble to rehome from the spare room so that DH has no excuses when it comes to gutting it. That should keep me busy for the afternoon.
