    Morning Tea

Hope you have a lovely day

Good that it seems you're only DD's guarantor and not the others. Best to make sure!

I'll definitely be double checking this WB and making sure there hasn't been a page of clauses conveniently left off. :o I'm happy to be guarantor for DD because I know we can afford to get her out of the mire but other people who I don't even know ... I don't think so. xx

    Morning All :)

    Day 6/28, 4/15 NSD's, Prolific £5.41 cleared, £1.67p pending, Cash £17.75 for 1st-7th Feb

Wish those Prolific figures would change, I'm fed up of looking at them. :o

Nothing planned for today, house is tidy, there's a load of washing in, tea is sorted, shopping on it's way. Might go and clean all the mirrors just for the hell of it. :rotfl:

Hope you are all having a more exciting day than I am. At least my purse will stay closed. x

I'm sick of PA too - I'm sat at £0 right now and the only survey I have available is about Twitter which i have but never post on. You need to link it to your Twitter so it can assess your tweets or something. So that's no use! Come on students! Get your research on the go! We want to earn!

You're on the ball with the house! I really need to get my finger out and get sorted in here as I've let it slip a bit this week. Shine those mirrors!

It's frustrating how surveys stop for a couple days, but keep checking. I had s nice £2.50 one yesterday on PA.

You crazy lady mirror cleaning:rotfl: I normally clear mirrors to avoid doing the kitchen floor.

Enjoy your day, have a pamper and make the most of it x

Mirrors cleaned, although it's now obvious I am not as beautiful and wrinkle free as I thought :rotfl: Stairs also hoovered and washing pegged out. I've also made a banana cake but don't have high hopes of it being edible. I'm pretty good at cakes but have never yet made a decent banana one. xx

I make banana cake so leaden that could be used as doorstop. I'd throw it out for the birds, but I'm always worried they will throw it back and break a window...

On the guarantor thing, I thought it was to with the type of tenancy, if it's an indivual one for a room in a shared house then it's just that rent, but if it's X per month to rent the whole house between them then they are jointly liable if one exits. Vague memories of advice we had from the student rent office many years ago.
