The Prolific money has gone into my account :T I had a look back at my diary to see where I wanted it to go and it'll be split £5 each to Christmas, caravan and savings. The remaining £4.60 I've put to one side for the moment.

Should have updated my cash yesterday. There was £5 change from one relative's flowers but she refused to take it off me so I have £36.41. We've no plans this weekend that I can see will mean spending anything so I should definitely be able to allocate some money to the CC next week. :)

Didn't get the jigsaw or the sewing machine out. Instead I watched a film DD recommended - A Monster Calls. We both ended up sitting on the sofa together crying into a box of tissues. Strangely enough I do like a good weepie. :rotfl:

Hope you all have a lovely Friday evening. We're taking DD back to uni soon. Will be sorry to see her go but hopefully it won't be long before we see her again. x

A good weepie can be good to get rid of all the emotion we can keep bottled up.

Exactly beanielou. It's validation to have a good sob about everything that we're sad about under the guise of being upset at what we're watching. ;)

I also love a good weepie film. Don't like scary films though!

In all honesty it's very rare I sit and watch for a full film :o I pause it after 20 mins or so and get up to do something. So they need to be easy to follow :rotfl: I'm scared of my own shadow so don't watch anything scary or with weird things happening :o

That's funny beanie. You screaming would have made me scream. :rotfl:

I went to see Scary Movie with hubby which he sold to me by saying it was a comedy. I spent the whole time looking at the cinema floor. :rotfl: I can't do blood either and the 2 are usually combined.

Wannabe - That's what I love about Netflix, the fact you can stop and start films. DD happily walks the dogs at night because she likes walking in the dark  I won't go out on my own if it's not daylight :o Never bothered me when I was younger but it does now.
