I hope your food shop is present and correct when it arrives :).

I'm hoping DS3's cooking items are in good nick as I do not want to have to buy him new ones . I don't think he did much cooking so they're probably all like new :rotfl:.

Your luck must have rubbed off on me because I've just had a £4 PA survey :T.

Hi HHD :) I got everything but onions - what store doesn't have onions :o

I'm hoping a couple of pans and a couple of baking trays will be all she needs. Laughing at your DS's stuff probably still being like new.

Well done on the survey, that's a great one to get. :Txx

I know! Trouble with that sort of thing is you can't really substitute it with anything either. Not to worry, having to go and buy some will mean I get another receipt for RH/Shoppix - there's another silver lining Beanie ;) xx

They're generally very good and their substitutions are pretty spot on - in fact I'm usually quids in as I go for store brand for most things and if there's anything missing they send me the fancy brand instead :T

The only time I was a bit bemused was when DS was a toddler and I'd requested a certain nappy size that was out of stock so they substituted it with 2 packs of newborn instead. :rotfl: Obviously the picker and packer was child free :D xx

    Morning :)

    Day 6/30, Prolific 35p pending, Spends £35.75

All the surveys from yesterday cleared pretty much straight away so I was able to cash out again last night :T Need to have a look at the joint account today. Even though I paid the CC off last month I still owed £13.76 interest so need to account for that. :o

I've decided to raid my savings and put £25 in Christmas Charity and £40 into Christmas. This means both pots have reached their target so I can cross them off this years list. It's all swings and roundabouts really but I may as well use the savings money as it's just sat there doing nothing.

Off out tonight for a catch up with friends so my spends will be looking sorry for themselves tomorrow. But it's payday again on Saturday so not long to wait to start over.

Weather is lovely here today. Hope you all have a great day. Xx

Slight miscalculation. The charity pot only needed £20 so I've popped £5 into Target as well. Pots are now looking like this:

    Savings: £20
    DS : £50
    Dogs: £75
    Christmas: £120 - Done
    Christmas Charity : £50 - Done
    Hair: £10
    Caravan: £20
    Target: £30/£100

Right, all straight for when I look back :)

Morning tea, you've done well hitting your 2 targets already. I looked at my budget again last night and realise my 14kg of naughtiness with 4 legs costs me a fortune! Grooming, insurance, vet stuff and food....I need to up my pot savings!

I normally pick up 3/4 extra treat items every shop from start of October. Picking up couple extra advent calendars, some crisps and nibbles as well as practical things like tins and packet things. I normally go with the children and drop the box off at the local food bank.

Morning CG :) Just having a 5 min breather from cleaning the kitchen. Hubby has made me a coffee but it's like tar :coffee: I'm sure he does it on purpose.

I thought I might as well do something useful with the savings. TBH if anything crops up that I really want I have the CC money to dip into although that's definitely not the plan. :D

Yes, our furry friends can cost a fair bit can't they. We've always had animals and I think we've only had a couple of years without a dog but these will be the last fur babies in the family.

That's a lovely thing to do with the foodbank. I start collecting bits as well and always pop a few treats in. The charity pot is to cover a Sally Army donation, foodbank and a couple of small donations to Good Gifts who send a small card which I pop in the DC's stockings. They really like the fact they've bought something for somebody else.

Hope all is well with you and your mobility is getting better every day. Have a good one. xx
