Oh that doesn't sound good Beanie. What sort of things are you short of? Do you not have any links with one of the big stores? If not, I hope the community is able to rally round and help. How many people do you help every week? xx
We do have links with one of the big stores.
The response yesterday was very humbling.

It's hard to get balance right. Children need pushing to get their full potential but such a fine line to breaking point. Mine have exans in classrooms every end of traditional term and exams in the hall at end of year. It's good they track their progress and hopefully by time GCSEs come along the exam experience will be second nature. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

It's definitely a fine line and one that needs monitoring more closely I think. DS has some sort of English, Maths and Science test every week. Probably a re-cap of what they've been learning. Then they have a test at the end of half term and exams at the end of term. Then there are the big end of year ones. Don't know how they find time to teach/learn inbetween all that testing :rotfl:
I will say this though, the school is brilliant at keeping parents informed. There seem to be results and progress reports dropping through the letterbox on a regular basis. xx0 -
Morning
Day 8/30, Prolific £3.55 cleared, 69p outstanding, Spends 8th-14th June £43.75
It's the start of a new week for me, so that means spends day. :T I had £12 left over last week so I've added £10 to the caravan pot and £2 to the Target pot.
We've been invited to somebody's house for a take-away tonight so looking forward to that. The weather is miserable here today so I'll be staying put until it's time to go.
Hubby and DS are out today so it's just me and DD at home. Will probably find a film to watch when she gets out of her bed this afternoon  :rotfl:
Have a good day. xx
