Thanks HHD
Felt good to add a bit to the pots. Need to try and get back into the swing of doing that if I can. xx 0 -

Haha, they are addictive CG, I like naming them as well
:rotfl: I wouldn't mind batch cooking but we don't have the freezer space. I've not heard of batch lady but I'll look her up. Just hope I don't get too sidetracked and end up on here for ages again

She just breaks basic recipes down into a way they can be either cooked then frozen or prepped then frozen. Watching the 10meals chicken in an hour is a great start. The chicken and spinach ricotta is delicious. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

Thanks Beanie, hope yours has been good. DD finally went back to Uni this morning. The house is really quiet without her. I'm not sure how long she'll be there tbh. Her flat mates seem to be drifting away slowly. The nearer she can get to 21st June (I think) the better though as that's when she's paid rent to. xx0 -

I've been really strict with my laptop time today but I'm going to find her tonight and have a look. Even if I can't batch cook myself due to space, I always enjoy watching other people work.
Hope you've had a lovely day. xx0 -

DS3 has his exam tomorrow and after that has no reason to be at uni. I'm not sure when his rent is paid up until. But he's planning on staying on a bit longer as long as he has some friends to hang out with. He said that if ALL of his friends go home then he may as well come home too :rotfl:. I just hope he doesn't want to come this weekend  as I have big de-cluttering plans
.
I wonder how long your DD will last before she wants to come home

Hi HHD
Hope DS's exam goes well. DD submitted her final assignment today, so she's all finished now and the same as your DS has no need to be there, but there are some social things happening that she wants to go to.
DD wants to stay until the end as long as there's somebody in the flat with her. I get what she means, there are 7 of them sharing and the way it's set out it would feel like being on a hotel floor on your own and would be a bit eerie. But she has friends in other flats and I know they flat hop so she can either crash out in theirs or vice versa.
She has 2 really good friends at home. A boy she met in pre-school aged 3 and a girl she met at high school. These are her 'best' friends but she also has 2 groups of friends that she goes out with occasionally as well.
If DS comes home will you have to go and get him again? I'm looking forward to having DD around, but not particularly all the stuff that will be coming with her  xx0
