A mishap, not never-ending mishaps :eek:
Well they will clearly cover more than one instance of accidental damage but the OP has had a "mishap" every eight months for the past four years which Curry's clearly think is taking the mick.
Seems everyone on here but the OP agrees with them.0 -

It hasn't been in disrepair, dilapidation, deterioration, shabbiness, disuse, abandonment;
You neglected to repair holes in your coat pocket.
Id be lodging a claim with the firm who makes your coat as clearly the pocket wasn't up to the job.0 -

No, I missed the pocket and it feel to the floor. At the time I was dealing with my kids has well. It was an accident at that time. Their judgement of neglect is because of the number of times it has been repaired. Even though they clearly advertise that there isnt a limit. which there seems to be.0 -

Mishaps are mishaps. I have broke my phone screen several times. these things happen and i pay for them to be repair when i do have a mishap
Tablet damaged six times. Phone damaged several times. Do you think that's a normal level of "accidents"? Clearly you do, but most normal people - and insurers - will see that as being well above the norm and therefore indicative of neglect.0 -

One way or another you are far more accident prone than the average person and it's not surprising that they've had enough of you.
I've owned glass fronted (and some glass backed) smartphones since the original iPhone. I've had one instance of accidental damage (sticking it in the wash) in 11 years.
You've had 6 in 4.0 -

AFAIK (and previosuly said) currys do not sell insurance.
And with most of the gadget cover companies you would find that you onlt get one shot and then they cancel as they cannot afford to cover repeated accidents. I think you have been lucky to get as many repairs as you have. And I did also say I think they should have canceleed upon you and not should return the premiums since your last accident.0 -
