    Try claiming for accidental damage every day and see how long it lasts.

    That's !!!!!!!!, I pay for the accidental repair and it doesn't matter how many times you can claim. That cant repairs it the other times and then make a judgement that this time i neglected it. , If I left it to be in disrepair, dilapidation, deterioration, shabbiness, disuse, abandonment; then fine, But I didn't
    Have you not read the T&Cs I quoted. It quite clearly states you need to take reasonable care of your product, clearly you have not!

    Mishaps are mishaps. I have broke my phone screen several times. these things happen and i pay for them to be repair when i do have a mishap
